TESTING AND BALANCING SERVICES

As a National Environmental Balancing Bureau (NEBB) certified Firm in both Air and Hydronic Systems, Wm. J. Donovan Co. has the ability to combine our experience in systems installations with our state of the art instrumentation in the hands of trained technicians, to ensure that your HVAC systems are optimally tuned. We are equipped and qualified to perform the following services:

• Complete air side survey including flow, pressure drops, temperature, and relative humidity readings, as well as mixed air proportions and system efficiency
• Complete water side survey including flow rates, pressure drops, temperature, and heat transfer rates
• Reports of survey results on NEBB forms
• Design and submittal of survey results in a database format for future comparison and facilities management

In addition to surveying your systems, we can also provide complete air and water testing and balancing services to ensure your systems run at their optimum efficiency.
